In case of a cancellation payments made by the client fall under our "NO CANCELLATION POLICY & are "NON-REFUNDABLE." Every Client has to AUTHORIZE & AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS and are understanding of this strict enforcement of policy to PROTECT ALL PARTIES involved. Any chargebacks would be a VIOLATION of the terms & conditions agreed to before processing this transaction. Documentation is provided to ALL PARTIES per this agreement. If the trip is cancelled by the client due to an EMERGENCY or MEDICAL issue we will issue a "CREDIT" up to one year as a courtesy with provisions if required.

If the trip is cancelled from the company due to any other reason then an unexpected safety concern, or severe unsafe weather (we do NOT cancel other then these reasons), the billing department will investigate and if the company is found to be at fault a partial amount or full credit will be issued within 60 business days upon completion of the investigation after a successful charge!
